Well the press has gone potty today in the UK because someone chose to wear a military uniform at a fancy dress party. Yes there are more details to the story - but essentially all you need to know is the above.

Such is the poor state of much of British journalism and the constant yearning for a big story, this has been a huge talking point during the news channels and radio stations all day.

However the audience for such coverage clearly has got the hump with this kind of coverage. I've had BBC Radio Five Live on most of the day, and a massive majority of people phoning, emailing and texting in are to say "why the hell is this even a story."

Prince Harry Windsor went to a fancy dress party in a German second world war uniform. This is deemed newsworthy in the days when Britain and the US have invaded a sovereign nation based on lies and when over a hundred thousand people have died through a natural disaster.

The mind boggles.

PS The funny thing is, you couldn't do this news story with this nannying MSN system. The four letter N word, the party Hitler was leader of. That's a banned word. Ironic eh?
