New Year Resolution

My plan is to lose some weight and be much healthier by the time our twins are born in three months' time.

I have no idea how well I'll do at this, but if I don't get my swollen jaw seen to soon it might actually help me achieve the weight loss.

I'll need a crap-load of morphine though. Hurts like a right bastard.
