An Apology
Well it's now a couple of weeks since the wedding and something has been nagging me since then (no not my wife
). I do intend to write a detailed blog post about the wedding and the honeymoon but right now there's something I want to address before I go ahead with the other post.
Namely an apology to some of our guests.
You see the thing is that neither L or I did a great job of mingling on the day. Folks who told me that the day slips by are right, and we were so caught up in the day I don't think we really spent enough time with everyone.
Specifically I didn't spend much time greeting, thanking and chatting to L's friends and family, meanwhile L didn't spend much time with my friends. And since the wedding this has been on my mind, especially as so many of you travelled so far.
I'm really sorry if we didn't spend enough time with you, or even worse didn't say hello at all. We're sorry.
