A Lick of Paint

As you can see the blog has undergone some changes in the last day or so. I've been messing around with the layout and the style-sheet to produce some colours more to my liking.

Hopefully you'll find the blog much easier to read - especially as comments text is now black rather than grey, you should find that much better for your eyes.

If you are using Internet Explorer (why would you?) you may notice that the sidebar on the right is a bit odd, with many items starting a long way down the page. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I hope to fix it soon. If you've any idea what the problem is, please leave a comment.

I'm going to be making some further graphical changes soon. But at least I'm on the way to improving the look of the place or at least making it more individual.

Update: I've now managed to fix the issue with the sidebar appearing oddly in Internet Explorer.

Further Update: Due to popular demand, I've removed the mirroring from the photo in the right sidebar. Perhaps it looks more like me now?

Not the most fetching picture of you Harry, either that or the Southern air is turning you bald!! ;o)

I prefer the colour scheme, much easier for me to read - either that or the fact that I've cleaned my glasses!!

It's er...a nice picture, or so L thinks. But I think it's the trick of the light regarding my hair, as you know, I have a full head of hair. :)

Oh and the picture is actually mirrored, as it fits the page better, which means it looks not quite like me.

It's a big blog site where anyone can get a free blog, so I'm not surprised it's not on your allowed list. However you may find that L might be joining this particular site in the near future, if I ask her nicely.

I'd like to say that viewed from the elevated vantage I enjoy, Harry does appear to have a full(er) head of hair than that :)
